We can’t find a credit card number with values ‘333312312312312’

We can’t find a credit card number with values ‘333312312312312’ in the Verification Email prompt template. Update the credit card number to 333312312312312 and then click Save & Preview.

 

I have checked multiple times, I have the given number in the template.

    This Trailhead:  

    Configure LLM Data Masking Policies | Salesforce Trailhead

     Checking the Challenge did not work for me either.  

    Eventually I added 

      

    Credit Card on file: 378282246310005 

    333312312312312 

    Credit Card on file: 333312312312312 

    Credit Card Number: 3333-1231-2312-3123 

    Credit Card on file: 3333123123123123  << After I added this one, it suddenly worked. hmm. It's probably a fluke.  

     

    Also, has anyone noticed that the SSN in the example above, looks real! Someone in North Carolina lose their data?  @Salesforce Trailhead should update this test to use "SSN: 943930486" for this test.  

     

    The Template correctly identifies SSN starting with 9. " However the SSA states that Invalid SSN are : The first three digits (former area number) as "000," "666,” or in the 900 series." Source

Create playground throws error

Expired data cloud developer org and need to create another one for data cloud trailmix

Hi,

I have created a data cloud developer org it got expired and now i am trying to create another one is there anyway to create another because create playground option is not showing

Cannot create the New Custom Data Cloud and Einstein 1 Playground in the Configure LLM Data Masking Policies Module.

When I check the password reset email box and click create playground I get the following error message:  Oops, something went wrong creating your Data Cloud and Einstein 1 Playground. Please refresh the page and try again in an hour. Still having trouble? Get Help.

I have been trying for the last couple of days on different browsers and still get the same error. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Cannot select "Sales Email" in Configure LLM Data Masking Policies module

In the Configure LLM Data Masking Policies trailhead module, I am trying to select "Sales Email" as the Prompt Template Type, but it is not an option.  I only see Field Generation, Flex, and Record Summary.  I checked and I have the Einstein Sales Emails permission set correctly applied to my user.  I have refreshed the Playground, but it is still not available.
