Hi, We are a small operation. Receiving government datasets, creating visualizations, and then want to embed on our own publicly available website. While using Tab. Desktop and then Tab. Public seems like most efficient way to go, we have concerns about publishing workbooks to Tab. Public, since then the underlying data is not on data secure servers. Again, we do not need multiple users within our organization, but we do need to be able to create data, save workbooks on protected servers, and then share visualizations by embedding on public website, where visitors do not need any credentials to view our dashboards. Please any advice on which tools/products are best or most appropriate for this would be most appreciated. Thank you.
You can use Tableau Public to host the workbook while preventing users from downloading the workbook or its underlying data. Follow these instructions.
