Hi everyone, I am a healthcare professional in Medtech industry. I am keen to make a career change using Salesforce and implementing my decade long experience in this industry. I have started the Admin trailblazer to move towards Business Analyst certification but unsure how completing the tasks and badges would help in getting the job.  

How many point and badges are required along with certification to get noticed in this niche?
