package field is not working in trigger

Question

Hi,

I am unable to access the package field while updating the field using trigger

If we are using custom field instead of package filed then it's working perfectly.

can anybody suggest about the package field access

Make sure you have access for the installed package ..  Go to installed packages and under licenses add the your user name
