I did everything existing post suggested but could not solve this problem. Is there anyone who could help me out?

Hi @Rebecca Leskow, Ensure that your report is grouped by both Rows and Column in order to identify it as a matrix report. Here is a detailed guide on it: https://coefficient.io/salesforce-reporting/matrix-report-salesforce
