Eric - I got an email error on our thread about Magic Mover not seeing notes to convert so I thought I would try this way.

I should not have mentioned attaching a file as I did not feel comfortable just posting company data.  

At any rate, the "success" file/spreadsheet returned from data loader showed all successes (with column added that says Item Created).  Exactly like it had for the original 19 rows I tested.

I then went into the Note Conversion tool for Magic Mover and, unlike when I tested the first 19 rows of the spreadsheet, there were no notes to convert.

However it does appear that the notes are loaded behind the scenes because if I select to load by SF ID I can insert a valid SF ID from the spreadsheet and Convert all the notes for that specific ID successfully.  Unfortunately it appears that the Select by ID method has a limitation of 20 ID's (I tried pasting in a large batch) which makes it a real problem for a batch of 12k records.

I can do a phone call or zoom screen share if that would be helpful.
