Hello everyone, I have a question regarding Experience Cloud login user visibility. I am trying to make files in libraries visible to Customer Portal users. The plan is to make files available via more than one library. I tested this with the Asset library and I could make it and the files inside visible to guest users (without login). However, logged-in users with customer portal license can see the library but not the files within. I tried and added portal users to a public group and added them on the library, but this still didn't help show the files. Any suggestions please?
@Ahmed Sukker what is the license of the customer portal user profile? if its Customer Portal User or Customer Portal Manager profile.. then you can try cloning and see if you can enable the permission.
another way is.. create a permission set.. enable that permission.. then assign permission set to portal user and see
