Hello, 

so i have created a report that shows all activities (emails and calls) for a particular user but when this user accesses this report in the community all records do not show up. For some reason, the report the user sees does not show any calls and only can see the emails he sent. These calls were created/logged by the user so it is really strange why they cannot see them.

 

Secondly, is there any limitations of sending emails/using email templates in the community?

    Hello,

     

    If records are missing from a report from experience most of the time the report filters are to blame. 

     

    Please check the filters to see of there are any issues with those. 

     

    When you are talking sending emails how do you plan to achieve this and for what user type eg. Customer or Partner User ?
