Why when you integrate to Paypal do you need to enter your contact information twice? Once into Form Assembly and once into Paypal. Isn't there a better way?

This depends on what you're trying to do. If you are trying to process donations or payments using a FormAssembly form, then you'll need to enter your credentials there. If you are using NGO Connect to collect money for events, online donations (using the NGO Connect donation form builder), or back-end donation processing, then you'll have to enter your PayPal info into NGO Connect.
In my org, we're only using FormAssembly for forms that don't involve any money, so we only had to enter PayPal information into NGO Connect.
