I'm trying to import donations into already existing contacts in the SF. I'm getting over 130 errors with the following error message:
DUPLICATE_VALUE:duplicate value found: <unknown> duplicates value on record with id: <unknown>:--
Any ideas on what's the problem and how to fix it?
Is it a problem to enter more than one donation for the same contact?
I can't find anything in my duplicate rules having to do with donations.
The donations have different amounts or dates even if it is the same contact, so why is it returning a duplicate error?
