Hi, testing out Live Agent in a sandbox.  I'm having trouble getting the pre-chat form to work the way it's supposed to.  My understanding is that salesforce will find or create leads or contacts (lead in my use case) and relate it to the new chat transcript.

 

My pre-chat has firstname, lastname, and email.  It's not finding existing leads even when there's an exact match, and it's also not creating new leads with this info.  Any ideas where to start looking?

    First step is look all security settings( Profiles, roles etc)

     

    And the second is create test data. Test’s and put logs  at all data lines( SELECTS, INSERTS, set’s and other weare data used). Also you can read this blog, maybe you see new solution in future
