Submit button not working on a Smart Capture form in a Cloud Page (Content Builder)

Question

I created a Smart Capture form within a Content Builder Cloud Page. The form is supposed to redirect to a new Cloud page, but the button just sits, no click action, no processing window, nothing. I have used these forms in the past, but not in the Content Builder option.
