Record Count

The Last Login report contains a Record Count which I am unable to reconcile to the known activity level of my users.  What does the Record Count # represent exactly?

    Record count is each row under a Category/Group:

     

    i.e. if I have an opportunity reported grouped by Owner, the Record Count is the number of Opportunities under that owner based on the report criteria.

    Is your report grouped by anything?
