Im looking to put in some type of alert/formula which autopopulates "+" at the start of the mobile/phone standard field. We want to encourage users to put phone numbers in the same format.
If they try enter it without the "+" at the start then it doesnt allow input.

when i try enter the number with the plus in front i am still getting the error. e.g +97152415599
