I need to define a new Contact view which should display contacts who have a specific word in one of the Contact's custom fields. The interesting thing is that when I'm selecting "includes" as an operator, and then save and run the view, I only get those who have the exact match on the word I've used in the filter. The custom field I need to search is a multi-select picklist and the actual value can be anywhere from nothing to multiple choices. For some reason I thought I could accomplish my search by leveraging a wildcard character, however that does not work. Any ideas how to overcome this limitation?
Thank you for your feedback. I guess this might work as a work around, but I'm afraid I'll wind up creating quite a few of these since I need to use this and other contact views to define a campaign.
