Since AZ does not change times, do I have to manually go in and change since AZ is not listed alone in Time Zone Field?

    Under Administration Setup | Company Profile | Company Information, what is your Default Time Zone?

     

    I was able to find [ (GMT -7:00) Mountain Standard Time (America/Phoenix) ]

     

    You should also check your business hours under company profile
