Sending an email

How to send the email to particular user or owner whenever he assigned some work. If the assigned work is completed (status) then the email was sent to that particular owner or assigned person.

for this particular task we will send the email

Create a Workflow rule for the Task object and send email alter to task owner or users based on your conditions
