Can't enable Mobile Lite

I am a sys admin but for some reason, the check boxes on the Mobile settings page are grayed out. I can't check Enable Mobile Lite. Any idea why? I am with a non-profit so we have the Enterprise edition.

    Hit the "Edit" button and you should be able to enable it.
