Is there any apps for salesforce which are like the salesforce community, as i would like somthing like this in my org, the ideas section on salesforce is fine but would like to cusomise it a bit more and also we dont use chatter atm, any sugestions of apps or how i would go about building somthing like this, atm my visualforce skills are not the best yet :S
