Hi Wallace,

 

    I'm the developer of zoom app on salesforce, heared you had troubles on zoom app, could you give access to zoom support?

 

Give Access to Zoom Support:

1) Go to admin user settings

2) Under "Personal" go to "Grant account access login"

3) Grant access to "Zoom Support" - I'd suggest at least 7 days

Provide org name and ID of the specific system to access:

1) Go to "Settings" and search for "company".

2) Select "company profile" -> "company information".

3) Obtain the "Organization name" and "Salesforce.com Organization ID"
