Question/comment about File Download reporting.
I had a support ticket open about trying to generate a report of the users who downloaded a specific file in Lightning using the File and Content report. I generated the report, but my results far exceed the recorded number of downloaded (like 68 downloads and 379 entries on my report for that same file version).
I specifically asked if the 68 refers to unique download users or actual downloads and was told that 68 is the actual downloads. If that's the case the idea that this report replaces Classic functionality is misleading. Even if it is unique download users, it should be easy to tie this out from looking at a report.
Have I missed something? This seems like an important feature gap. I'm happy to create an idea for this if that's the best next step.
