Hello all, 

 

I am having an issue with Community Users choosing a Contact Name when submitting a Case. 

 

When the Case is submitted the Contact Name chosen by the Community User does not save, instead it populates to their name. So, whoever is submitting the case the Contact Name defaults to them instead of the chosen Contact Name. 

 

Any help solving this issue would be much appreciated! Thank you!
