I have an org where the client wishes to use Files instead of Notes & Attachments. They have an installed package that has 100+ page layouts with Notes & Attachments. Is there a fast way to replace the Notes & Attachments related lists on every page layout with the Files related list? Perhaps with the IDE with some other utility? To clarify, I am not asking about converting Attachments to Files. I am asking about replaced related list components on page layouts. Thanks!

@Mark Bruso @Doug Ayers, @Haris Ikram and I are working together to coming out with a Notes Migrator tools that also allows you to add "Notes" and "Files" related list into multiple page layouts at once. This tool will be out most likely in 2 to 3 months using the technique Doug mentioned. It will be open source so you can take that and change it to fit your needs if it doesn't already.
