Discover and Configure Products

Hello, 

 

I am trying to complete this

module,

and I am getting the following error: 

We can’t find the quote Office Supplies. Make sure you create the quote for the EdgeMX account. 

 

However, the quote has been created for the correct account and includes the products; I followed the content and challenge steps correctly. 

 

I am also using a special Developer Edition org with Agentforce Revenue Management. 

 

Can anyone help?

Why am I not able to sync Salesforce Pricing Setup. to my trailblazer dev org, I cannot see what I am doing wrong with this challenge pre work steps. Thanks

I am trying to complete this challenge and I am not able carry out the below: 

Agentforce Revenue Management/ Boost Sales Efficiency with Agentforce Revenue Management/

 Efficient Sales with Agentforce Revenue Management

 

  1. Discover and Configure Products

Enable Pricing

Now that your org is connected, make sure it’s ready to use.

  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, search for and select Salesforce Pricing Setup. 
  2. Under the Sync Pricing Data section, click Sync.

 

 

Why am I not able to sync Salesforce Pricing Setup. to my trailblazer dev org, I cannot see what I am doing wrong with this challenge pre work steps. Thanks

Dev Org Error: Your quote was not updated. Enter an Attribute Picklist Value that’s in an active or draft state.

I keep getting the error above while trying to complete "Configure and Execute a Simple Order Orchestration" and the "Discover and Configure Products" Challenges.  I have gotten 3 new orgs (directly from the pages in question).  Same error on all of them.  I have even cleared my browser cache and tried incognito.  I appear to be stuck.

    Hey Terry, 

     

    I accomplished already the 'Discover and Configure Products' module, without any problems. Where do you exactly struggle, while trying to accomplish this challenge? 

     

    I assume that you get this error, after selecting the product, correct? 

    Could you please describe step-by-step what you select?

We can’t find the Revenue Cloud org with our sample data. Make sure you select the special Developer Edition org for Revenue Cloud from the Hands-on Challenge picklist.

    Hi, @Kanchan Bhujbal

     

    Make sure if you Connect Revenue Cloud Org into your Trailhead Profile and Check Challenge you use this org. 

     

    Click "3 dots" and select Revenue Cloud Org. If you can't see in list of your orgs Revenue Cloud Org, you can click "Connect Org"

    Prepare for Your Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant Exam --> Efficient Sales with Revenue Cloud --> Discover and Configure Products when adding product Laptop Pro Bundle

     

    I am getting the following error eventhough all seems good "Your quote was not updated. Specify either the end date or add the Subscription Term and subscription term unit parameters to execute your Pricing Procedure.”"

    I really appreciate anyone's inputs to fix this issue as it is long pending task for me

"Price Book Entry is not found" Error in Discover and Configure Products Module

 I’m having an issue with the hands-on challenge in: [Discover and Configure Products in Revenue Cloud] (https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/modules/efficient-sales-with-revenue-cloud/discover-and-configure-products

)  

 

I'm stuck on the 

"Select and Configure Products" unit. I get errors when adding the "Laptop Pro Bundle" to a quote:

  • Via Browse Catalogs: "Your quote was not updated. Required fields are missing: [Price Book Entry]"
  • Via Quote Line Items: "A price book entry is not found for product Laptop and product selling model"

I've already confirmed that the product is registered in the Price Book

 (see attached screenshot). 

 

 Does anyone know how to fix this?

Discover and Configure Products trail Mouse price does not update

In Trail Efficient Sales with Revenue Cloud > Discover and Configure Products

 

As mentioned to add the mouse and change connection Type to wireless will automatically update the price but it does not happen. I created new org only and I see the attribute adjustment and adjustment condition also available in Mouse product.  

Discover and Configure Products trail Mouse price does not update
