I keep getting the error message "We can't find that the ‘Manage Job Applications’ permission set grants read access and edit access to all Job Application fields, except edit access for Position and Candidate." Yet I have it set up correctly. I have done the previous modules but am still getting this.
I was able to figure it out. First I had to install this package "04t0P000000N9rs"
I did it in my current environment and had to remove all permission set groups and delete the permission set and the previous 'Job Application' object I created since the data was missing because I was missing the data package ( I am sure it would work if you started it in a new environment and restarted the challenge. )
Since the package comes with its own Candidate and Position fields, you have to go into each one of these within the Job Application Object under Field & Relationships -> Select Candidate ->Edit - > change field type - > Select lookup relationship -> Next -> Next-> (VERY IMPORTANT) Select Read Access and unselect Edit Access -> Save
Now do the same for Position.
After that just follow the Challenge Promp.
Set up ' Manage Job Application Permission Set'
Go to Object Settings under 'Job Applications'
It should look like this and you're done!
Hi,
I am encountering an issue while completing the Trailhead module "Add and Map a Formula Field" under Create a Data Stream in Data Cloud. I have followed all the steps as instructed, but when I attempt to verify the challenge, I receive the following error message:
Step not yet complete in Data Cloud
We didn’t find the proper mapping of the Lead object to the Data Model Object.
I tried this in a new data cloud org but still encountering the same issue.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
#Trailhead Challenges
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and delay caused.
The issue has been fixed. However, we recommend you to create a fresh playground org to proceed further with the module. Please ensure to complete all the steps from all units in the new org.
Please navigate to the module, and you should be able to create a new playground org.
If you still see an older playground org connected, please follow the below steps to create a new org.
- Login to your trailhead account.
- Now go to '
https://trailhead.salesforce.com/users/profiles/orgs' in a new tab.
- Click on Create Playground & click 'Create'.
- As soon as the playground gets created, refresh your page and you should be able to click Disconnect next to the Data Cloud org (Starting with epic..)
Thanks for your understanding.
Hi everyone,
I'm working on the Data Security module, specifically the Control Access to Objects unit.
I've created multiple brand-new Trailhead Playgrounds, but the required custom Recruiting objects are missing. I checked Setup → Object Manager, and I can't find any of these objects:
Because the Position object doesn't exist, I can't create the Manage Positions permission set, so I'm unable to complete the hands-on challenge.
I'm using a new Trailhead Playground and have already tried creating another new Playground, but the issue persists.
Has anyone experienced this recently? Is there an updated Recruiting app package that needs to be installed, or is there another workaround?
Thank you!
#Trailhead Challenges
Hi ,
I found that we need to install a package to develop the functionality.
Steps for installation:
Launch your Trailhead Playground
Click to launch the App Launcher, then search and click on Playground Starter
Click the Install a Package tab
Paste 04t0P000000N9rs into the field.
Click Install.
Select Install for Admins Only, then click Install.
Thanks
Hello
I'm stuck on the "Create a Prompt Template That Delivers a Warm, Personalized Pre-Arrival Message" challenge (Service Agent Customization with Prompt Builder). The check keeps failing with:
I've verified the following against the challenge steps:
What I've already tried:
The prompt visibly matches the spec but the grader still can't find the FirstName merge field. Has anyone hit this and found a fix? Is there a known caching/grader issue with this challenge, or something about the Contact input config I might be missing?
Org type: Developer Edition (Prompt Builder + Agentforce special org)
Build a Data Model for a Recruiting App - Create a Custom Junction Object for Job Postings. Verification fails with 'Could not find a Position record with a title of Super Sales Rep and department of Sales'. I recreated the Position object, fields, Job Posting Site, Job Posting, and record exactly as instructed in a fresh playground. Verification still fails.
#Trailhead Challenges
I am working on the Trailhead challenge "Enhance Agentforce to Act on Data with Conversational Language".
I created and launched the Data 360 and Agentforce Playground provided by the module.
The default Data Space exists, but Identity Resolution and Data Model Objects are missing. In Flow Builder, when configuring Get Records with Data Cloud Object and Data Space = default, the object "Unified Link Individual ccid" does not appear in search.
Because of this, the Create Check-in Guest Event flow cannot be configured and challenge verification fails.
Has anyone experienced this playground provisioning issue? Is there a workaround or a way to refresh the Data 360 artifacts?

I am doing "Create a Data Graph" module but I am experiencing the error "One or more required fields are missing from the Individual DMO." (find in the attachment). Does anyone face this before and resolved it? Thanks!
#Trailhead Challenges
Yes, this is a fairly common issue in the "Create a Data Graph" Trailhead module.
The error usually means that the Individual DMO (Data Model Object) in your Data Cloud org is missing one or more required fields that the challenge validator expects. Even if your Data Graph appears to work, Trailhead checks for specific field mappings.
A few things to verify:
If you can share a screenshot of the Data Graph configuration or the Individual DMO field mappings, it will be easier to pinpoint the missing field.
Missing “Pre-Arrival Guest Welcome” Template in Special DE Org
I created a new special Developer Edition org using the sign-up link in Unit 1 of “Service Agent Customization with Prompt Builder.” After activation and connecting it to Trailhead, the “Pre-Arrival Guest Welcome” prompt template is missing in Prompt Builder.
The “Get Celebration Details” flow is present in Flows, but the template is not available. I recreated the org multiple times and the template is still missing.
Could someone confirm whether the provisioning package for this badge is incomplete or provide the correct org link?
#Trailhead Challenges
You have to finish the hands on challenge to finish this, dont follow the instruction given do the challenge given in the end.
Create a Prompt Template That Delivers a Warm, Personalized Pre-Arrival Message
Design a prompt template that generates custom welcome messages for upcoming resort guests. This message includes the check-in date and a happy birthday message (if applicable). Use available guest data to ensure the tone is welcoming and the content is relevant.
