#Trailhead Challenges1,942 discussing

Hands-on challenges are the “secret sauce” of Trailhead. Before searching for solutions to superbadge challenges, review the Salesforce Certification Program Agreement and Policies. ** NOTE ** : If you were able to get a response that solved your issue, please mark it as the 'Best Answer' to help other Trailblazers. If the issue persists after 48 hours, create a Trailhead Help case at https://help.salesforce.com/s/support for further assistance.

I am getting the error "Service Territories could not be fetched because: This feature is not currently enabled for this user" while using the App Advanced Therapy Management in Trailhead Playground. Can any one please help with it?

Hi @Jithin C This error usually means the required Field Service features or permissions haven't been enabled in your Trailhead Playground. Verify that Field Service, Service Territories, and the required permission sets for the Advanced Therapy Management app have been assigned to your user. If you're using the correct Playground and everything is configured as instructed, this is likely an org provisioning issue with the Trailhead environment. In that case, try creating a new Trailhead Playground, complete the module setup again, or wait for the backend setup to finish before retrying.

Hi,

I am getting the below message while trying MFA hands on challenge

Could not find a user's successful login using two-factor authentication. Make sure you successfully login at least once and that you are prompted for a second factor of authentication.

I have created new permission set with the name 'Trailhead', enabled 'Multi-Factor Authentication for User Interface Logins' and assigned active user (as me) to this permission set.

I have downloaded 'Salesforce Authenticator' mobile app and have changed the settings as per the instructions.

When I logout and relogin, I was expecting two step authentication 1. On the browser and 2. On the mobile app but mobile app authentication is not happening.

Can any one shred some light on this?

    Hi,

You will need to make sure you have followed every step in the Connect the salesforce authenticator mobile app to a user section.

PHONE: Download and install Salesforce Authenticator for iOS from the App Store or Salesforce Authenticator for Android from Google Play.

Tap the app icon to open Salesforce Authenticator.

DESKTOP: If you’re still logged in to your Trailhead Playground as a system administrator, log out.

DESKTOP: Use Sia’s username and password to log in.

DESKTOP: Salesforce prompts you to connect Salesforce Authenticator to Sia’s user.

PHONE: Page through the tour to learn how Salesforce Authenticator works.

PHONE: Enter Sia’s (your) mobile number to create a backup of her accounts. Then tap the notification when prompted to complete the verification. You can skip creating a passcode for now. (Later on, Sia can create a passcode if she wants to set up a backup to restore her accounts.)

Tap the arrow to add Sia’s user to Salesforce Authenticator. The app displays a two-word phrase. (Hey, did you get an especially poetic or amusing phrase? Let us know! #.Trailhead #.AwesomePhrase #.SalesforceAuthenticator.)

DESKTOP: Enter the phrase in the Two-Word Phrase field.

    DESKTOP: Click Connect.

PHONE: Salesforce Authenticator shows you details about the user you’re connecting: Sia’s username and the name of the service provider—in this case, Salesforce.

    PHONE: Tap Connect.

PHONE: Tap Approve to finish logging in to Salesforce as Sia.

DESKTOP: Sia’s in! She can go about her business.

Working on the FSL Modules (https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/modules/field-service-dispatcher-console-for-dispatchers?trail_id=supercharge-field-service-lightning), I have created a playground with Field Service with Managed Package and Sample Data Developer Edition. But I could not see any data while working on projects.

Anything missing from my side?

I am trying to complete the badge "Quick Start: Assemble a Service Agent with Agentforce Builder".

In the step 2 before previewing the agent I am asked to "Save" and then "Commit Version".

When saving the agent I received the error "We could not save the agent. Try again". I have tried many times and again the same error. There are no errors in the script.

I have deleted and created the agent 4 or 5 times and same issue. It seems like a bug with Agentforce Builder.

Please suggest what to do.

Thank you.

I submitted a Trailhead case and this is the response I received from support:

"There was an intermittent issue on our end, which prevented the changes from being committed earlier. However, we’re glad to inform you that the issue has now been resolved and we were successfully able to commit the changes."

I was able to complete the badge without issue.

I was trying to complete the Refine Your Prompt Template for Accurate Agent Replies trail and noticed that the Pre-Arrival Guest Welcome Prompt template is not available.  Maybe I'm missing something, or maybe they updated the other trails but forgot to update this not sure.  But can someone help me with this?

Hi @Akshay Pokle - I originally had the Pre-Arrival instructions, completed the challenge to Craft an Effective Prompt Template

but didn't realize that I was using the wrong org/playground until the following challenge.

I then created a new Developer org to proceed but could no longer find the instructions for the Pre-Arrival prompt template. Finally, I got it to appear by re-taking the (underlined) challenge. Pasting the instructions here, hope this helps!

Create a Prompt Template That Delivers a Warm, Personalized Pre-Arrival Message

Design a prompt template that generates custom welcome messages for upcoming resort guests. This message includes the check-in date and a happy birthday message (if applicable). Use available guest data to ensure the tone is welcoming and the content is relevant.

    Prework

If you don’t already have your Einstein AI-enabled trial org open, scroll down to the Challenge section and click

    Launch to open it.

    • From Setup, in the Quick Find box, search for and select Einstein Setup
    • Turn on Einstein by clicking the toggle.
    • Create a prompt template:
      • Prompt Template Type: Flex
      • Prompt Template Name: Pre-Arrival Guest Welcome
      • API Name: Pre_Arrival_Guest_Welcome
      • Define sources:
        • Name: Contact
        • API Name: Contact
        • Source Type: Object
        • Object: Contact
    • Draft the prompt template:

You're a customer service representative responding to [Contact First Name], a guest at Coral Cloud Resort, ahead of their upcoming stay. Your goal is to deliver a personalized and friendly message that helps the guest feel welcomed, informed, and excited for their visit. Use the following trip booking details to craft a warm welcome message that includes resort highlights, helpful tips, and any activities they have booked in advance.

      Response Format:

      "Hi [Contact First Name],

We’re so excited to welcome you to Coral Cloud Resort on [Check-in Date]! Your adventure is just around the corner.

If you have any questions before check-in, just let us know. We’re here to make your stay unforgettable!"

    • Replace placeholders with the following merge fields:
      • Contact > FirstName
      • Contact > Next Check-in Date
    • Select the Prompt Template model: OpenAI GPT 4 Omni Mini
    • Activate your Pre-Arrival Guest Welcome prompt template.

    Hi Monique,

The "Has Support Plan" and "Support Plan Expiration Date" fields are different from the "SLA" and "SLA Expiration Date" fields. Here is how to find them:

    1. The fields "Has Support Plan" and "Support Plan Expiration Date" exist on the Account object and are part of Service Cloud functionality. They are separate from the SLA fields.

    2. In Lightning App Builder or the Page Layout editor, search for these exact field names in the "Fields" panel on the left. Try searching for "Support Plan" in the field search box.

    3. If the fields do not appear, verify that your Trailhead Playground has Service Cloud features enabled. Some Trailhead modules require a specific org type (Developer Edition with Service Cloud). You can check by going to Setup, Company Information, and looking at your Edition.

    4. If you are using the Page Layout Editor (not Lightning App Builder), go to Setup, Object Manager, find the Account object, then "Page Layouts". In the field list at the top, scroll or search for "Has Support Plan" - it should appear there if Service Cloud is enabled.

    5. The SLA fields you added (SLA, SLA Expiration Date) are not the same as the Support Plan fields. You need to remove the SLA fields and find the correct "Has Support Plan" (checkbox field) and "Support Plan Expiration Date" (date field).

If the fields are missing entirely, try creating a fresh Trailhead Playground for the module and reconnect it.

Hi,

I am stuck at Challenge 3 for Superbadge: Agentforce Service.

I have created Coral Cloud Experience Agent Library successfully and also able to upload the Code of Conduct file too as name of the file "Code of Conduct and User Agreement.pdf".

I am still unable to add the resource from Insert Resource

This issue in the Agentforce Service Superbadge (Challenge 3) is typically caused by the Agent Library resource not being linked correctly via the Insert Resource option.

    Steps to resolve:

    1. In your Agentforce Playground org, go to Setup and search for Agent Library

    in Quick Find.

    2. Open the

    Coral Cloud Experience Agent Library

    you created.

    3. On the Resources tab, click

    New Resource

(not Insert Resource from the description editor).

    4. Set the Resource Type to

    File

, then find and attach your "Code of Conduct and User Agreement.pdf" file.

    5. Save the resource and verify it appears in the library's resource list.

    6. Return to the Einstein Copilot or Agent setup and re-run

    Verify Step.

Note: The "Insert Resource" button in the Description field is for inline references only. The actual resource attachment must be done via the Resources tab of the Agent Library record. If the issue persists after 48 hours, create a Trailhead Help case at help.salesforce.com.

it had also asked me to choose Warranty as the Type on the case, but its not there and neither is there if i go onto the Case in service Setup area.  so it cannot be in static data.  it also had the error Contact ID not there for Pat Stumuller.  This is their own static data though.

    Hi  @Susan Cole

This error usually occurs when the Trailhead Playground data is not in the expected default state. The Trailhead challenge assumes that certain standard picklist values and sample records already exist.

You can try the following steps to resolve the issue:

    1. Check the Case Type Picklist
      • Go to Setup → Object Manager → Case → Fields & Relationships → Type.
      • Verify whether Product and Warranty exist as picklist values.
      • If they are missing, add them manually to the picklist and save.
    2. Verify the Contact Record
      • Go to the Contacts tab and search for Pat Stumuller.
      • If the contact is missing or the Contact ID is not available, create a new contact with the same name and use it for the exercise.
    3. Refresh or Get a New Trailhead Playground
      • Sometimes the challenge environment may not load the default data correctly.
      • Try refreshing the page or creating a new Trailhead Playground and completing the steps again.
    4. Check Service Setup
      • In Service Setup, open a Case record and verify that the Type picklist values appear correctly.

In most cases, adding the missing picklist values or using a fresh Trailhead Playground resolves the issue.
