Hands-on challenges are the “secret sauce” of Trailhead. Before searching for solutions to superbadge challenges, review the Salesforce Certification Program Agreement and Policies. ** NOTE ** : If you were able to get a response that solved your issue, please mark it as the 'Best Answer' to help other Trailblazers. Hi,

I am trying to build an agent for Coral Cloud Resort by following instructions laid out here: https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/projects/quick-start-build-your-first-agent-with-agentforce/configure-an-agentforce-service-agent.

I get to this step:

Configure the Agent

Next up, create topics and actions for the agent. In other words, if a client asks about a topic, what action(s) should the agent produce?

  1. In the Setup Quick Find, search for and select Agents.
  2. Select Coral Cloud Experience Agent (the last agent in the list).
  3. Click Open in Builder.
  4. Click the down arrow and select New Topic.

... and while the Trailhead shows a picklist with "New" and a down arrow, and a "+ New Topic" that should be selectable...

... my org has no picklist at all.  So I can do step 3 but cannot execute Step 4, as there is no down arrow.

Please advise.

If the flow is deleted you won't be able to recover that and it's preferred to create a new org and continue challenge.

Kindly follow the steps below to disconnect your current Agentforce Playground and create a new one.

    1. Go to a standard playground badge like this one:

    https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/projects/configure-a-net-zero-cloud-org/create-net-zero-cloud-profiles-and-users

    2. Scroll to the bottom and click the 3 dots next to the playground listed

    3. Click Manage Orgs

    4. Click Create Playground

    5. When it is made, refresh the page and you should be able to click Disconnect next to the Agentforce org (org starting with Epic.....)

Post these steps, navigate to your org, refresh the page and you should be able to create a new org.

If its a file, go to recycle bin and undelete the document

Hi Trailhead Community,

I’m working on the Data 360 and Agentforce badge in a Trailhead-provided playground. I completed the Data Streams and Identity Resolution steps successfully.

When I try to open the “Create Check-in Guest Event” flow in Flow Builder, I get this error:

Other flows in the org open without any issue. My user profile is Modified Standard User, and I can’t switch to System Administrator in this playground.

Is this flow intentionally read-only due to Data 360 / Data Cloud permissions in Trailhead playgrounds, and should we proceed by using the flow via Agentforce without opening it in Flow Builder?

Thanks in advance for any confirmation or guidance.

Unable to open “Create Check-in Guest Event” flow in Data 360 + Agentforce playground.

Hello,    I'm facing an issue with one of the playgrounds that is connected to the wrong email address. I have the username for the AgentForce playground: 'epic.8ad21767847081753@orgfarm.salesforce.com' and the module named 'Become an AgentBlazer Champion > Quick Start: Build a Service Agent with AgentForce > Configure AgentForce for Service'.  Since I am unable to set or reset the password because the email ID used to create the playground was dummy. What steps can be taken in this situation?    We don't have an option to create a new playground or switch between different playgrounds here. The playgrounds created and used by these modules are identical.    Please let me know how to fix it. I have created a case, but I have not received any answers.    Thanks
