Please verify the validation rule if it is configured correctly. If it fails to run and an opportunity is not getting created/inserted, this issue will occur.
Test the validation rule thoroughly.
Same goes for any validation or automation failure that may cause failuer to create a new record.
Please confirm if correct org is connected.
I'm doing the "Customize a contact record page" hands-on challenge and I'm at the "Create Custom Lightning Record Page" section, step 9. Step 8 is "In the properties pane, click Upgrade Now
to start the Dynamic Forms migration wizard." So after upgrading you have to select a layout. In the module it's asking to select the Energy Audit Layout, and the hands-on challenge is asking to select the Contact Layout, but everytime I get to the layout selection, Contact Layout is not an option or at least not appearing. Any ideas? I've tried this multiple times, even trying different methods to get Contact Layout to appear.

This seems to have instructions for legacy agent builders. ex. Topics vs Subagents.
I can't complete the trail due to not having "Coral Cloud BOOKING Agent"
"We can’t find the Coral Cloud Booking Agent. Make sure you are attempting this challenge in a brand new Agentforce Playground that was created in this badge."
The playground was created as part of this badge. How can I proceed?

I have tried using the link above to create a new developer org and am not seeing the Booking Agent. Please advise
I am trying to Adjust the Fields on the Page:
- From the App Launcher (), find and select Sales, then click the Accounts tab.
- Open the All Accounts list view.
- Select Edge Communications.
- From the Setup menu (), select Edit Page. The page opens in the Lightning App Builder.
- In the page properties, change the Label to Customer Account PageCopy.
- Change the API Name to Customer_Account_PageCopy.
- On the canvas, click the Details tab.
- Click the Record Detail component inside the Details tab.
Challenge state it is not completed yet
but when I go into double check, I can see all other fields have been marked with read and edit access except for Position and Candidate
I did have to create the Job Application Object as it wasn't originally in the Playground - if that is what is causing the problem, is there another playground starter that I need to install?

Thank you. the link to create a new special developer org finally worked. yesterday it did not and gave me an error.
but today i was able to create the new special developer org. Thank you.
I followed the steps to create a new playgorund and made sure agentforce is toggled on and its still not showing up

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for some guidance on preventing duplicate Account records.
I found two Account records with different names but the same VAT number. This should not be allowed for records with the same record type.
Having the same VAT number across different record types is acceptable.
In addition to the VAT number, duplicate values should also not be allowed for any of the fields listed below.
I tried to solve this using a Duplicate Rule and Matching Rule, but it did not help. I was able to create the Duplicate Rule, but when configuring the Matching Rule, I could not find the Record Type
field in the matching criteria conditions.
