#Trailhead Challenges2,376 discussing

Hands-on challenges are the “secret sauce” of Trailhead. Before searching for solutions to superbadge challenges, review the Salesforce Certification Program Agreement and Policies.

Working on this module "Import and Export with Data Management Tools" and encounter such error message " Step not yet complete in Trailhead Playground,

The 'Lead' records from the CSV were not found. Please check the instructions."

I've checked Today Created Lead list view, only 36 records available but on the csv file we have 44 records, 8 are missing, may I know how to fix this?

THANKS!

Thanks Adityan and Biren! I've found the solution - I added extra column on the csv file with the title "Lead" (Not ''Lead Source" because it will not let you passed) and insert "Web" for the 44 records, upsert the data then map the "Lead" with ''Lead Source" in Data Import Wizard - it works!

I am completing the module Bring External Data into the Contact Page Layout. At the step Verify Data Is Ingested, and Run an Identity Resolution Ruleset, I have waited for almost 20 minutes but the Data Stream Status still shows Pending and not changing to Success. Please provide help as I need to complete the module by this weekend and need to give my certification exam.

    Hi, @Ravi Sharma

Try to create new Playground and retake this Challenge on it.

To create a new Agentforce/Data Cloud Org, you need to delete the current one, and only after that will you be able to create a new one.

To delete/disconnect Agentforce/Data Cloud Playground, you need to follow these steps:

    https://youtu.be/xP8C2x961Vc

    1. Open the list of your Playgrounds (SF Orgs) at https://trailhead.salesforce.com/users/profiles/orgs.

    2. Create a new "standard" Playground.

    3. Once the Playground is created, you will be able to delete/disconnect the Agentforce/Data Cloud Playground.

Now you can create a new Agentforce/Data Cloud Org.

Dear support team,

I completed the challenge "Configure an Agentforce Service Agent" everything worked well, but I´m not able to verify the step and i get this error:

Step not yet complete in Agentforce. We can’t find the agent named CC Service Agent in your playground.

When I launch the Agentforce playground go to option → Quick find → Agents I can see the CC Service Agent. So I don´t understand the issue.

Hope you can help me.

    @Thomas Billian

Quick Find> Agents>CC Service Agent then select Edit. Under the "Connections" tab, Edit "Choose a Flow" and then select "Route to ESA".

Edit the "Route to ESA" flow as in the screenshot below. Save As New Version>Activate

    https://trailhead.salesforce.com/trailblazer-community/feed/0D5KX00000J5oJA0AZ

    1. Navigate to Salesforce / Setup / Process Automation / Flows
    2. Look for "Route to ESA" in the "All Flows" List view
    3. Click on the flow
    4. Click on the "Route to Work" node
    5. Click "Edit Element"
    6. Under "Set Input Values" change "Route To" from "Bot" to "Agent Force Service Agent"
    7. Choose your "Agentforce Service Agent" (CC Service Agent) from the next drop down
    8. Click on "Save as new version" on the top right area of the Flow Builder
    9. Click "Save" on the next dialogue
    10. Click "Activate" on the very top right of the Flow Builder
    11. Go back to Trailhead and check again

    This should now work :)

Right. Working in the list view attempting the challenge and unable to modify closed date with inline editing. Not sure how to filter on a record type and that isn't described in the challenge.

    Hello @Arvind Ramachandran

I had the same issue, so I added the fields - 'Industry', 'Status', and 'Type' under Columns on the left side,  so they could now be viewed in the report as 3 respective columns and it worked..

    https://trailhead.salesforce.com/trailblazer-community/feed/0D54V00007cm90ESAQ

so you can't add the "status" field (which is in the list on the left) and group it by that field?

Hi folks,

I'm working through the Introduction section of the following and I'm on step 11 as provided below:

Project: Set Up the Service Console

Unit: Set Up Web Chats for Your Console

Section: Introduction

On step 11, the directions say to input this << https://*.force.com >> in the Website URL field, but when I do so I'm getting this <<  You have entered an invalid format. >>

I looked through the accompanying video tutorial and when the trainer was able to proceed by using the same URL (Image 1 of 2 below) compared to my attempt (Image 2 of 2 below).

Please also refer to two images attached.

Thank you,

K.

  1. Click the gear icon and select Service Setup.
  2. Under Recommended Setup click View All.
  3. Click Chat with Customers.
  4. Click Start.
  5. For Queue Name enter Ursa Major Solar Chat.
  6. In the Name This Group, enter Chat Agent.
  7. Click the checkbox next to Ada Balewa and next to your name in the list of users, and click Next.
  8. If you see a page that says "Prioritize chats with your other work" type 1 in the Priority box next to your Ursa Major Solar Chat queue and click Next.
  9. Leave the defaults for the Work Item Size field and Agent Capacity field.
  10. Click Next.
  11. Enter https://*.force.com for the Website URL. For the Salesforce Site Domain field, type your initials + today’s date (MMDDYY).
  12. Note: if you've already set up Chat in another project, you will not see this option, and you can move to the next step.
  13. If you see the Salesforce Terms of Use checkbox, select the I have read and accept the Salesforce site Terms of Use box, then click Next.
  14. Otherwise, click Next.
  15. On the What's your type screen, select Service, and click Next.
  16. Turn Offline support on, select the Required box next to the case record and subject field, and click Next.
  17. Do not copy the code from this Chat Code Snippet box, just click Next.
  18. Click Done.

When clicking Verify, receive the following error:

Step not yet complete in Agentforce

In the route work component named Route to ESA, we can't find the Agentforce Service Agent set to CC Service Agent.

I have checked the flow several times, edited the Route To ESA component, associated it to the CC Service Agent, saved and activated, yet I continue to receive the error message.

    Hello@Nandana Rajeev,

    • Make sure list view API name is correct
    • Make sure Status field name is correct
    • Make sure filter condition is correct
    • make sure you are checking the challenge in correct org
    •  If not working, then try in new fresh org, it might be the existing record causing the issues in your org.
