Hands-on challenges are the “secret sauce” of Trailhead. Before searching for solutions to superbadge challenges, review the Salesforce Certification Program Agreement and Policies.

I am grateful for my children. I love being able to experience life with them. My goal is to set aside more intentional time with each of them.

I am having trouble setting up the user Ada Balewa.

Create users:

Add the list of users Maria sent with the name, role, user license, profile, and locale to accomplish the business goals described. Create and assign the solution providing Shinje access to the Language Preference field.

Ada Balewa - Product Support Specialist - The product support specialist needs the ability to delete Chatter posts and comments without a paid account. - Active, Yes

Error Message:

Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:

The license and profile are set incorrectly for Ada Balewa.

I created a role for this user and a custome profile for this user, but still receive the error message above. Can anyone point me in the right direction or know of any trailhead modules to refer to?

    Hi Raul

Glad to know that it was helpful.

    User-added image

Since here it is mentioned that a role that can see and have access to all accounts, and that can be achieved through the CEO role because it is on the top of the Role Hierarchy.

Since this resolved your issue please mark it best and close this thread so it is beneficial for  other trailblazers

    Thank you!

When I was figuring out my Salesforce journey, I found it super helpful to use ChatGPT to design a full roadmap for my career goals. Here's how I approached it:

Since I already knew I wanted to become a developer, I asked it:

"I want to become the best possible Salesforce developer I can. Please tell me all the certifications I should get, the order that's best, and how much time it might take. On top of Salesforce certificates, please list out other certifications I should consider getting that are outside of the Salesforce platform."

It gave me a clear path to follow and helped me prioritize the skills and certifications I’d need.

If you're not sure what direction you want to take in Salesforce (admin, developer, consultant, etc.), I’d suggest starting with that question. Think about what kind of work excites you. Here are a few things to consider:

    • What do you want your day to look like?
      • Do you enjoy diving deep into building and coding one thing all day? (Developer)
      • Do you like juggling a variety of tasks, like troubleshooting issues and managing workflows? (Admin)
      • Or are you someone who thrives on creating big-picture strategies and plans for implementing Salesforce solutions? (Consultant)
    • Are you a people person?
      • If yes, roles like Consultant or Solution Architect might fit well, since you’ll be working closely with clients and teams to understand their needs.

For anyone starting out, Salesforce Admin is a great first step—it lays the foundation for understanding the platform no matter which path you take. From there, you can branch into specialized roles like Developer, Business Analyst, or even Marketing Cloud expert.

    Other tips:

    • Trailhead is your best friend. Salesforce's free learning platform is full of guided trails, projects, and challenges that cater to all levels. It's a fun way to earn badges while you learn.
    • Certifications matter. They show your expertise and commitment to learning. Even if you're not ready to get certified right away, study the exam guides to see what knowledge gaps you might have.
    • Join the community. Salesforce has an amazing community on forums like Trailblazer Community, LinkedIn groups, and even Reddit. Networking with others can open doors and keep you motivated.

For career prospects, Salesforce is a fantastic choice. There's a growing demand for skilled professionals, and the ecosystem is huge, with roles for every interest and skill set. Good luck! 🚀

Working on Prompt Builder Templates Superbadge Unit challenge for AI specialist ,

while doing the challenge I am encountering technical issues making it hard for me to accomplish the challenge. I am getting this error message " We can't find a prompt template called Summarize Client Goals, or it isn't configured according to all the requirements, including having a description. Prompt templates configured with the wrong template type will need to be built as a new template, as the prompt template type can't be changed after creation."

I created a prompt template to summarize the records using Flex type, the record summary type and set the flows accordingly but, every time I try to to add contact from resource panel or add an action in flow I can't map it.

I did create look up relation, but nothing works.

any ideas what that could be triggering the error?

    Hi, @Manuel Sagnotti

This can be done in several ways. For example, by directly writing an appropriate post and adding a screenshot of your achievement 1.jpgAdditionally, in the relevant section about yourself, under 'Education,' you can add information from Trailhead 2.jpg3.jpgAlthough this feature doesn't work exactly as desired at the moment, you can still add your certifications correctly, and LinkedIn will pull them in as expected 4.jpgAlthough there is an open suggestion on IdeasExchange about adding the display of achievements on Trailhead, I don't see the necessity for it.

Rank and badges can be gained fairly quickly if you set that as a goal. However, they are unlikely to impact employment prospects.

What is truly significant and useful is information about your certifications. That is what will actually influence your chances of successful employment.

    Sincerely,

    Mykhailo Vdovychenko
