    Hi @Pranitha Moodbidri

Thanks for your cooperation on the case.

We have verified and can confirm that all the steps have been completed. However, we acknowledge that there is still an issue. Thank you so much for your feedback! We have reported this to the concerned team, and they will be working on it soon. This issue should be resolved in the upcoming Trailhead release.

  2. Under Recommended Setup click View All.
  3. Click Chat with Customers.
  4. Click Start.
  5. For Queue Name enter Ursa Major Solar Chat.
  6. In the Name This Group, enter Chat Agent.
  7. Click the checkbox next to Ada Balewa and next to your name in the list of users, and click Next.
  8. If you see a page that says "Prioritize chats with your other work" type 1 in the Priority box next to your Ursa Major Solar Chat queue and click Next.
  9. Leave the defaults for the Work Item Size field and Agent Capacity field.
  10. Click Next.
  11. Enter https://*.force.com for the Website URL. For the Salesforce Site Domain field, type your initials + today’s date (MMDDYY).

Hi folks,

I'm working through the Introduction section of the following and I'm on step 11 as provided below:

Project: Set Up the Service Console

Unit: Set Up Web Chats for Your Console

Section: Introduction

On step 11, the directions say to input this << https://*.force.com >> in the Website URL field, but when I do so I'm getting this <<  You have entered an invalid format. >>

I looked through the accompanying video tutorial and when the trainer was able to proceed by using the same URL (Image 1 of 2 below) compared to my attempt (Image 2 of 2 below).

Please also refer to two images attached.

Thank you,

K.

  1. Click the gear icon and select Service Setup.
  12. Note: if you've already set up Chat in another project, you will not see this option, and you can move to the next step.
  13. If you see the Salesforce Terms of Use checkbox, select the I have read and accept the Salesforce site Terms of Use box, then click Next.
  14. Otherwise, click Next.
  15. On the What's your type screen, select Service, and click Next.
  16. Turn Offline support on, select the Required box next to the case record and subject field, and click Next.
  17. Do not copy the code from this Chat Code Snippet box, just click Next.
  18. Click Done.

I was trying to create a web chat for the console (https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/projects/set-up-the-service-console/set-up-web-chats-for-your-console?trailmix_creator_id=strailhead&trailmix_slug=prepare-for-your-salesforce-administrator-credential) however when I was creating a chat queue i entered the wrong date (i am EU and the date was supposed to be entered as USA mm/dd/yy) so it did not generate the chat code. Now how can I delete this chat queue and create it again from the beginning? i checked everywhere even under queues but i cannot find the one I created? I cannot finish the module because it does not generate/create the agent without the chat code!! Are you able to help?? Thanks!!!

    Hi, @Namathis Mendy

Compare your steps with steps in this video

You might have missed a small detail somewhere, which is preventing you from moving forward.

In general, this challenge is difficult and quite confusing on its own. I went through it myself and managed to overcome it not on the first try. Therefore, you need to carefully follow the instructions, and only then will you be able to successfully complete it.

    Sincerely,

Was doing the challenge for https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/projects/set-up-the-service-console/set-up-web-chats-for-your-console?trailmix_creator_id=strailhead&trailmix_slug=prepare-for-your-salesforce-administrator-credential and had a problem while trying to input "Chat Agent" under field "Name This Group" for "Create a Chat Queue" as per screenshot below.  I've checked under "Public Groups" and "Queue" and cannot find the record "Chat Agent". Appreciate if someone can assist.
