Set Up Social Sign-On - Error with Google - Unable to Find User

Hello - 

 

Trying to complete the challenge where adding Google Social Sign-On to the Partners org.

 

I believe I've followed the steps, create the Provider, updated the Apex Class from the Git, added to page but when I go to login, receiving, "We can't log you in becasue of the following error. NO_ACCESS: Unable to find a user.

 

I've created a user with the gmail account I am trying to login with so not sure what else might be causing an issue.

Set up social sign-on - Error message

Hello,  I am having an issues with the following trail, Set up social sign-on.  

 

I have followed the instructions several time and still keep getting the following error message -

In the login history, we can’t find a login that used Google authentication.

Any help would be great, I have completed all the others just not this section.

Identity for Customers

When attempting to complete the Set Up Social Sign-On challenge for the Identity for Customers module, I am running into an error message of "We can’t log you in because of an authentication error". 

 

Have completed all steps, and have tried on the Customer and Partner sites, same error.

Not able to to complete : Identity for Customers > Set Up Social Sign-On

Every time I am trying complete the challenge, I am failing as because I am not able to login to the community with google login. Now whenever I am trying to log in to my newly crated community with Google credential I am getting an error "We can’t log you in because of an authentication error". I have done all the setup and able to login into Google.

Steps I am pursuing is given below.

  1. Open the community login page.
  2. Selecting Google icon to open google login page.
  3. Logging in with google credential.
  4. Landing into ta page with error "We can’t log you in because of an authentication error" inside the salesforce org.

Note : I have already provided the handler class name in the auth provider.
