#Trailhead Challenges2,417 discussing

Hands-on challenges are the “secret sauce” of Trailhead. Before searching for solutions to superbadge challenges, review the Salesforce Certification Program Agreement and Policies.

While learning on salesforce administrator course, I am getting error insufficient privilege's when creating a field on account object as a admin. Anyone could help will appreciate. Thanks

    Thanks @Yoav Frank

for quick response. I am using admin user and working on module "Customize an Org to Support a New Business Unit" - "Modify Your Data Model".

While  I was typing answer to your question, i found that i can see field now and able to proceed. It may be system lag or some other issue. I was trying since 2 hours. Anyways. Thanks for looking into.

Hi.

I cannot complete the Challenge for the Modify Your Data Model unit.

Following error keeps showing, though I have tried several times and rechecked the support processes.

I really don't understand what I'm doing wrong here. Please help.

Hello @Ruth Oliva Hernandez have you create the 2 case recordtypes, as requested in the "modify your data model" unit of the same module : https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/projects/customize-an-org-to-support-a-new-business-unit/modify-your-data-model

    Hello@Noreen Fatima,

    • please check the field is visible to the System Admin in field-level security. modified that visibility then check the challenge.
    • Make sure API name and data type is correct for field
    • If not working then delete field and recreate the field
    • Please make sure you are checking the challenge in correct org.
