In the "Become a chatter expert" module, I am unable  find the "Chatter Expert" user for adding to the group. Search is not giving any matching results. Due to this, I am unable to complete the challenge. 

 

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

What's the difference between public or private chatter group. who can see when its public or private.

    Hi ,

     

    Types of Chatter group:

     

    1. Public : Anyone can join a public group.

    2. Private : Only group members can see and add posts, comments, and files.

    3. UnListed : Only group members and users with the “Manage Unlisted Groups” permission can see and add posts, comments, and files. People can’t ask to join the group.

    4. Groups with customers :Private and unlisted groups can allow customers.

    5. Archived : When a group is archived, people can no longer create posts but previous posts are retained for reference.

    Hi Mohit,

     

    This is the error message I am getting in Manage Chatter unit. When I go to Manage Member I can only see Aaron Hartzler. I tried to add both user again but I am not able to do so because they both are already added. Please Help.

I continue getting this error message when completing the Customize an Org to Support a New Business Unit > Manager Chatter.

 

"We had an issue checking your challenge. Please refresh the page and try again. "

    •  try to clear  browser cookies and cache ,refresh the page or try with different browser
    • try to reconnect the org

im in customize and org to support new business unit,

im stuck in the manage chatter group, I did all the steps since the beginning but for some reason when I got to the manage members, the user Aaron hartzeler and fumiko Suzuki won't appear and I search them and nothing comes up I search my name and is the only thing it appears

    I don't think this the same unit  because my instructions  to complete this task is this 

     

    1. Click Save & Next. Skip the Upload Picture section and click Next.
    2. On the Manage Members screen, click Add next to Fumiko Suzuki and Aaron Hartzler.
    1. Note: You may need to search for these users to add them to the Chatter group.

In manage chatter challenge, I am not able to find Fumiko Suzuki and Aaron Hartzler in manage account. I have been using same org for this module as suggested
