Hi, im having this issue in the 'Get Started with Entitlements' trailhead.

As you can see i the images, it seems i have all things ok. Im tried to have my org and my user in EN, locale and language, and remove and create again both, the template and the product. Nothing wokrs. Please help.

Unable to add users following the steps below (after clicking Add User, the added user does not appear on the right side)

    3 Potential Solutions

    Hi everyone, I had the same issue in both "Set Up the Service Console" and "Set Up Case Escalation and Entitlements" projects. After finding myself in such a trouble I will summarize the solutions I found feasible for this issue.

     

    Note: 

    • I was using a New Playground.
    • I have 1 Salesforce License available to use.
    • My case could not create a new user from "Service Setup Home > Recommended Setup > Add your users: Get started" 

    This are potential options I found over the Trailblazer Community, plus an additional that I just discovered that allowed me to complete the  "Set Up Case Escalation and Entitlements" project.

     

    1. Create a New Playground (Sometimes work, sometimes it doesn't)
    2. Use one of the already created playgrounds (Pray that what you did before do not crash with your current task).
    3. Instead of create the user from the Recommended Setup, do it from the User Page. Service Setup > Quick find: Users > New user > User License: Salesforce, Profile: Custom: Custom Support Profile, Service Cloud User: Click Active. In this way I guess you achieve the same user setup as if you are doing it in the Recommended Setup.
