Hi @Prasun Mridha I am from the Trailhead help team. Can you elaborate and provide some context to your question, please?  Could you please let me know if the issue is related to any specific Trailhead module? If yes, can you please share the URL of the Trailhead unit and provide the details and screenshots of the work you have completed, along with the specific issue/error you have encountered? Thanks!

I am unable to complete the module - "Get Hands-on with Mass Quick Actions" for maintaining my Platform App Builder certification module.

I keep running into this error "Challenge not yet complete in My Trailhead Playground 1

Ensure all cases belonging to contact Stella Pavlova have the status of ‘Closed’."

I made sure the cases are closed from the quick action for that contact. Sharing screenshots

Please help!

I'm working on the "Get hands-on with creating a mass quick action to change a case status on a related list view" part of the exam.  I created the action and added it to the layout. I can see it on the layout, it functions and I've checked my naming conventions but when I check my work, it says it's not found.  Screenshots attached.  Any thoughts as to what might be going wrong?
