Working on Prepare Your Salesforce Org for Users. Task 3, Customize the Homepage 

Activate the new Home Page

1. Click Save in the upper right corner, then Activate.
2. Click App and Profile.
3. Click Assign to Apps and Profiles.
4. Select Service Console and click Next
5. Select Custom: Support Profile and System Administrator.
6. Click Next and Save.

When I got to assign apps, Service COnsole is not listed. Have I missed a prereq or can I enable this? Please advise. 

I am working on the Customise Home Page and have completed all steps however getting the error "Step not yet complete in Empathetic Unicorn Playground

Ensure that you have followed all the steps to create the 'Recent Items' component.

Not sure where I am going wrong.

Give users a customized set of fields on their contact record pages.

• Select Edit Page from a contact record
• Upgrade the page to use Dynamic Forms
• Use the Contact Layout as the source for the fields
• Remove these fields from the page:
  • Fax
  • Other Phone
  • Home Phone
• Remove the Notes & Attachments related list from the Contact Layout page layout and replace it with the Files related list.
• Save and activate the page as the org default, and make it available to both desktop and phone users

I was working on trailhead on a new environment and there seemed to be an unexpected error. I can't fully understand what went wrong, I did everything as mentioned

In the Customize the Home Page Unit of the Prepare Your Salesforce Org for Users Module, when I try to verify the challenge, this error keeps coming.  

"Step not yet complete in My Trailhead Playground 1  

Ensure that you have followed all the steps to create the 'Recent Items' component. " 

I have completed all the steps several times, yet this error shows up. Please help me solve this issue.

For passing and verifying the "Customize the Home Page" Task, 

5 Components should be added to the "Support Home Page". 

There seems to be a limit of 4 since there is no possible way to add another one. 

The Error message: 

Step not yet complete in Cunning Koala Playground

Ensure that you have followed all the steps to create the 'Recent Items' component.

Is there a way to get 5?

I'm currently working through the following Trailhead module and receiving an error when I try and verify my work but it seems as if I've done everything properly that the instructions asked

Customize Home Page trail is NOT verifying correctly.  I'm having the same issue other users have outlined.  I've a checked the steps multiple times and I continuously get an error message suggesting I recheck the "recent cases" section.  I moved to next project and was able to complete them successfully.  Please advise.
