Feb 22, 5:10 PM Good day, @vills patil, Ensure that you have installed this unmanaged package using this link, since the recruiting app is a part of this unmanaged package and it is specified in this module: https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/projects/build-a-data-model-for-a-recruiting-app/create-a-custom-object-for-reviews
Hi, I am having trouble getting this challenge checked. I took all the steps for both validations but the error message says, "An unexpected error occurred while inserting Opportunity records and we couldn't check your work. Make sure Opportunity records can be inserted in this org, and click "Check Challenge" again. If this continues, contact the Trailhead Help team."
Can someone help me with this?

Feb 18, 7:09 AM Hello@Jessica Osias,
- here are the steps:-
- First click setup then open object manager.
- Second click opportunity then open field dependencies.
- Third edit field dependencies and make sure every lost and won values are included then save it then check your challenge.
If not working
- check, is there any other automation (validation Rule, trigger, flow) is activated on Opportunity object, if any then try to deactivate
- If not working, then try in new fresh org, it might be the existing record causing the issues in your org.

I am completing the module Bring External Data into the Contact Page Layout. At the step Verify Data Is Ingested, and Run an Identity Resolution Ruleset, I have waited for almost 20 minutes but the Data Stream Status still shows Pending and not changing to Success. Please provide help as I need to complete the module by this weekend and need to give my certification exam.
Dec 20, 2024, 12:17 PM Hi, @Ravi Sharma
Try to create new Playground and retake this Challenge on it.
To create a new Agentforce/Data Cloud Org, you need to delete the current one, and only after that will you be able to create a new one.
To delete/disconnect Agentforce/Data Cloud Playground, you need to follow these steps:
1. Open the list of your Playgrounds (SF Orgs) at https://trailhead.salesforce.com/users/profiles/orgs.
2. Create a new "standard" Playground.
3. Once the Playground is created, you will be able to delete/disconnect the Agentforce/Data Cloud Playground.
Now you can create a new Agentforce/Data Cloud Org.

I completed in a playground the Trailhead:
Unlock Your Data with Data Cloud ! Create a Data Stream in Data Cloud | Add and Map a Formula Field
The verification said I did everything right. When I go to the Data Explorer, I can view Data Lake Objects, but not Data Model Objects.
For any object I select, I do get:
Something's not right with the query. Check the columns or filter and try again. TraceId: eceeaa94e14e382f
I tried removing colums, no avail, same error. There are no filters!

Feb 17, 9:38 AM @Arnab Mukherjee I wasn't really able to solve that specific issue. I created a new playground, disconnected the old Data Cloud Playground, recreated a new Data Cloud Playground. The specific Data Explorer issue still appears, but other issues went away and I was able to complete the Trailhead (Data Explorer not strictly needed, but it was suggested in the Trailhead to check results beyond trailhead validation).
Create a Sharing Rule for the Program Object
The Program object has an org-wide default of Private, but recruiters need access to any Campus Outreach programs for recruitment purposes. Create a custom picklist field on the Program object, then create a criteria-based sharing rule to share the necessary records with the recruiters.

- Review common issues.
- Get help on the challenges for this specific module.
Before You Start
- Make sure you complete the hands-on challenges in the previous units of this module before you attempt this challenge. The work you do here builds on work you do in those units.
- If you haven't created a custom field before, complete the Data Modeling module before you attempt this challenge.
- Create a custom field for the Program object:
- Field Type: Picklist
- Field Label: Type
- Field Name: Type
- Values (each value separated by a new line):
- Campus Outreach
- Development
- Research
- On the field-level security page, set this field as Visible for all profiles or as Read Access for all permission sets. (This step assures the challenge passes.)
- Create a sharing rule for the Program object:
- Label: Campus Outreach Programs
- Rule Name: Campus_Outreach_Programs
- Rule Type: Based on criteria
- Field: Type
- Operator: equals
- Value: Campus Outreach
- Share with (role): Recruiter
- Access level: Read/Write
I did all steps put it shows me this message :Challenge not yet complete in My Trailhead Playground 01
We can’t find a custom field named ‘Type’ on the Program object.
i tried to add object to the object name but it would not help , how can i pass this challenge????
#Trailhead Challenges
Jan 30, 8:25 PM Hi ,
Please refer to the following to create a Reviews object.
I've been going through the Prepare for Your Salesforce Administrator Credential
trailmix and am on the data security module but am running in severe issues with completing the challenges because there is so much prerequisite work from other modules that was not specified beforehand.
For example, I am trying to complete the "Define Sharing Rules" section where I am supposed to create a custom field for the program object but there is no program object. Nowhere in the data security module did it have me create a program object. I am not even sure that you create one in the "Build Platform Apps" module, but am I supposed to go through this entire module first (I completed the
Build a Data Model for a Recruiting App
project so I could use the recruiting app that is needed)?
I have experienced other issues with this module like it pulling in my personal org hierarchy vs the example company in the screenshot, among others, and am getting pretty frustrated with having to troubleshoot so much.
Is this normal? Is it implied that I am supposed to create the Program object as part of the challenge or is there prerequisite work I should have done before attempting this module? I am so confused, any help would be appreciated.
Jan 29, 12:33 AM Hi ,
