#Trailhead Challenges2,375 discussing

Hands-on challenges are the “secret sauce” of Trailhead. Before searching for solutions to superbadge challenges, review the Salesforce Certification Program Agreement and Policies.

Under Admin Begginer >> User management >> Create prompts in Lightning experience

I have done all steps of last Last challenge multiple times in 2 different playgrounds however it keeps on showing this error

Challenge not yet complete in Brave Goat Playground

The prompt named 'Customize Navigation in Console' with API name set to 'CustomizeNavigationinConsole' was not added to the Sales Console Home page.

I am currently doing Admin Beginner Trails - User Engagement - Promote Feature Adoption and Discovery. A paragraph in this lesson suddenly discussed about Setting up a custom report type using the Prompt Action Object.

Per information in the paragraph, I followed the instruction how to create custom report type in Monitor In-App Guidance in Lightning Experience (https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.reports_defining_report_types.htm&type=5), but I'm unable to continue the second step (If the Custom Report Type welcome page opens, click Continue.) There is no Custom Report Type Welcome page. I also checked my Setup page > Object Manager to find the Standard Object Prompt Action. The Prompt Action Standard Object is not in the object list either.  Hence, this paragraph is confusing to me to follow or understand.  Likewise, the paragraph following this one does not make any sens to me as a beginner.

Can anyone help explain how to setup the custom report type as instructed in the lesson?

I have completed the prompt on the home page of the sales console, the prompt is active, but I continue to get this error:

The prompt named 'Customize Navigation in Console' with API name set to 'CustomizeNavigationinConsole' was not added to the Sales Console Home page.

Hello, I am trying to complete the "Create Prompts in Lightning Experience" in the User Experience section of the Admin beginner trail. In the New In-App Guidance there is no next option and only a done option which does not let me complete the task.

    Hello@Mishaal Ali,

    • Make sure prompt name is correct
    • Make sure you have added prompt on Sales Console
    • Make sure you are checking the challenge in correct org

I'm trying to complete the Create a Target Prompt section of the User Engagement/Create Prompts in Lightning Experience module.  I am able to select Single Prompt, but clicking Next does not bring me to Prompt Type for selection.  I do see that a "blank" prompt appears but can take no action on that either.  I uninstalled then reinstalled the packages required for this module, but the issue remains.

Create a Targeted Prompt

  1. Select Single Prompt and then click Next.
  2. For Prompt Type, select Targeted Prompt.
