I keep getting the error message "We can't find the field 'Backup_Agent__c' on the Case object." on the "Create Lookup Filters" challenge
, no matter how many times I try.
I have done the following for troubleshooting:

I can't get past the Automate Your Business Process trailhead. I had to create the contact Sean Forbes twice because it didn't pull up in the Billing request or in the Product Support request cases that this module had me create, and the only option in the contact field was to "create a new contact." Even after I created it, it didn't pull up as a lookup relationship so I had to create it again! My "Related Lookup Filters" list is empty in the Contacts Object Manager. I went to the Object Manager to find account and contact lookup relationships but there is no option to add a contact lookup relationship (figured this might be why the contact was not pulling up in the account Edge Communications,. and thought that creating a lookup relationship field might help.)
I checked my recycle bin and Sean Forbes is not in there either. I can't move past this module because I am getting the error message "Step not yet complete in Karri NEW Playground - Could not find the billing support case for 'Sean Forbes' and 'Edge Communications' with the specified settings", even though I've gone back in and verified that every step is correct. I have "Electronic" selected from the picklist, not "Electrical". I verified all steps in the Trailhead and looked in trailhead support for related issues and verified that I tried all available steps that other reps have listed, and nothing has helped. I am still stuck. Please help. :(
Thanks everyone! I deleted everything, launched a new playground, and started over from scratch again and it worked. I still have no idea what was different, but I only had to create Sean Forbes once instead of twice the second time around, because it pulled him up in the lookup contact field in the second support case (with the new playground). It didn't pull him up when I created the Billing support case so I had to create him from scratch. All good now though! Thanks everyone!!!
D. Edit the custom Event report type and add fields related via lookup CORRECT?
What should the administrator do to pull contact fields into the custom report? A. Create a new report type with Event as the primary object and Contact as a related object and Contact as a related object
B. Configure formula fields on Event to populate contact information
C. Use a dashboard with filters to show Event and contact data as requested
D. Edit the custom Event report type and add fields related via lookup

I am on my last chapter (customize a sales force object create lookup filters)
on the challenge they ask me to deselect the support user checkbox it is not an option so therefore I cannot deselect it I am stuck this is my last chapter to complete the salesforce administrator course.
