I'm stuck on this module " Build a Package.xml Manifest"

Hi,

 

I'm currently trying to complete this module, however when I run the command "sf project retrieve start -o DevHub -x ./package.xml"

 

I get this error message

 

I'm stuck on this module

How could I solve it? I'm just following what is written in the tutorial.
