Hi Team ,

Where can we find the product roadmap for Agentforce for developers? The extension looks promising and would be very helpful for developers. I'm curious to know what's coming and when.

Hello all,

Has anyone had issues with Agentforce in code builder not working for MFA environments?

I logged a case with Salesforce and once the support engineer tested on his end with MFA off it worked.

If MFA is a requirement now, turning off MFA is not an option for us.

Any way to get around this?

Regards,

Vinh

Hello,

I try to use standard Agent Topic: Field Service Dispatcher Action.

The input data went in successfully, but the output doesn't show any data.

I want to know why.

And What means Standard Agent Action and where they work?

Thank you.

Hi Team,

I am trying to create an agent action using a prompt template. However, I am unable to access any prompt templates. My user has both "Prompt Template User" and "Prompt Template Manager" permission sets.

Thank You

    Hello,

First, double-check that the Prompt Templates feature is enabled in your org under Setup -> Einstein GPT -> Prompt Templates. If it’s enabled and you still can’t see templates, try clearing your cache or testing in an incognito window.

Also, verify that the templates exist in your org and are not restricted by sharing settings. If you’re working in a sandbox, ensure the feature is available there as some Einstein GPT functionalities may be limited depending on your edition.

Let me know if something helped.

There is no doubt that Agentforce for Developers is incredibly useful to write Apex, and test case generation is great!

However, I find it easier to actually write custom code with ChatGPT or Claude than to understand how to get things done on top of Salesforce solutions. Today, it's easier to write custom code in React using libraries, without spending months studying each library, than building on top of Salesforce. The advantage of building WYSIWYG in the cloud is now being eroded by the idea-to-code approach that LLMs have introduced, where developers get much more productive.

If I want to develop a solution on top of - say - Revenue Cloud or Data Cloud, or CPQ I need an LLM to tell me how to get things done. The help.salesforce Agentforce is much worse than ChatGPT or Claude, not even pointing to the right documentation that would answer my prompts, while ChatGPT or Claude don't understand enough about how Salesforce works.

Apologies to the owners of this group, this goes beyond Agentforce for Developers, yet improving Agentforce overall to really leverage LLMs for Salesforce end-to-end development is a must.

🔥 What happens when you mix a "seek forgiveness, not permission" culture with AI curiosity and smart people? You get something meta—Agentforce that builds Agentforce.

Two of our junior team members -

    Rory Plewes and Elliot Parker

    - got together and just built an Agent that helps you build Agents. 🤯

    This new

    Agentforce

-powered Agent solves both problems. Here’s how:

✅ It brainstorms an Agent idea with you.

✅ It outlines key steps in a structured format that makes it easy to write instructions.

✅ It auto-generates the process diagram by calling the

    Elements.cloud

    API.

✅ You fine-tune the diagram and get agreement

✅ Diagram instantly generates Agentforce instructions

✅ Generates user stories for Actions.

✅ Diagram autogenerates the test utterances based on the process paths

✅ Goverance built-in. It is all automatically version controlled

And then the next day Brooke Mohnkern moved the game on again building on the earlier work: Extreme ideation and AI prototyping

✅ Go from concept to working model in hours, not months.

✅ Get real-time coaching from AI to refine your prototype.

✅ Show stakeholders something tangible—before they lose interest.

The future belongs to doers, not just thinkers.

Are you still talking, or are you already building?

I have tried the workaround but the work around is not working for me

Workaround:

  1. Open the 'Code Builder' from production and launch it.
  2. Open the integrated terminal inside Code Builder (CTRL+SHIFT)
  3. Replace the alias and run the following CLI command sf org login device --set-default --alias
  4. Getting waring message: Warning: @salesforce/cli update available from 2.28.6 to 2.71.6.
  5. Open a new integrated terminal. Example Output:

    === Action Required!

Enter XXXXXXX device code in this verification URL: https://login.salesforce.com/setup/connect

  1. Opened the above link and entered the device code and submit it.
  2. 'Agent-force for the developer' still not logged in Org

I've created and activated my AgentForce agent. Now, I want to add it to the community to enable interaction. To achieve this, I need to create a new messaging channel in Messaging Settings with the 'Messaging for In-App and Web' conversation type. However, I don’t see this option available. This is how it should appear(image). What steps do I need to take to access this option? Am I missing any required settings?

 Thank you for your support.

Agentforce not following instructions!

Here is an example from a trial that was provided by Salesforce. In the below image, you can see that I have provided the instruction to never ask the user for an ID but the agent still asked for the ID of the record. I have faced similar issues in other use cases too. Has anyone else faced similar issues or does anyone know why this might be happening?

Thanks in advance!
