We are using the standard "Answer Questions with Knowledge" agent action in Agentforce. However, all hyperlinks returned in the Knowledge Summary output are automatically being wrapped by the Agentforce UI in the following format:

xxxxxxxx.sandbox.my.salesforce.com/AiCopilot/URL_Redacted

 

 

Because of this, users are unable to see or access the original Salesforce Knowledge Article URLs directly.

Steps Already Taken:

  1. Added all relevant domains to Trusted URLs.
  2. Added sandbox companion URLs to Trusted URLs.
  3. Checked the Citations URL input, but it appears to be community-specific and not applicable in this scenario.
  4. Verified the “Show Sources” configuration, but there is no URL field available with the custom retriever setup.
  5. Confirmed that output rendering is locked for the standard action and cannot be customized.

Expected Behavior: 

The links displayed in the Knowledge Summary should resolve directly to the actual Salesforce Knowledge Article URLs instead of the AiCopilot/URL_Redacted link format.

I'm creating a Sales Agent which will capture prospect information and create a lead record. I don't want agent to ask for Company as I plan to convert this lead to Person Account but I'm unable to edit this configuration. 

I have given Person Account record type access to the Agent user as well. 

I'm following

    Hi @Abhishek R, I am working with the lead object. My issue is specifically with the Company field. I need the agent to stop asking for it so I can streamline the process for Person Accounts. I'm stuck on how to customize that field list.
