    Olá, pessoal!

    Sou da área de TI com foco em Governança, Riscos e Conformidade (GRC) e, após ler alguns artigos sobre o ecossistema Salesforce, me interessei muito pelo potencial da plataforma. Como sou nova nesse universo, estou com dificuldades para navegar no site oficial e encontrar os laboratórios práticos voltados para iniciantes.

    Alguém que já atue na área poderia me indicar por onde começar? Existe alguma trilha inicial específica ou ambiente de testes recomendado para quem quer entender a lógica de processos e configurações sem código?

    Agradeço desde já pela ajuda!

External guidance/articles on nonprofit Trailhead journeys?

Does anyone know of any guidance on Trailhead journeys for nonprofits (or external mini-certifications)?  We have several people joining our fundraising team who don't need to get particularly deep into Salesforce outside of creating Opportunities, updating payments, and making minor changes to existing reports for analysis.  We've created our own outline/journey for onboarding, but it's kind of cobbled together from a lot of different Trailheads.  I wasn't sure if anyone was aware of something more streamlined out there, or if we should just stick with what we have...any help would be great, thanks!

    Hi @Kate Ewald, I think you've probably discovered all of our available NPSP Trailhead content, but if you haven't already, I'd also check out these certification trainings that include vanilla CRM information and features that work alongside NPSP: 

    • Salesforce Platform Foundations Certification: depending on the level of your users, they may find it helpful to review the Platform Basics, Salesforce CRM, Accounts and Contacts, Leads and Opportunities, and other basics badges.   
    • NPSP Consultant Certification: this path includes a few related badges that aren't part of the NPSP trails that our Industries team manages.

    You can also check out the other available certification trails for ideas to round out your onboarding Trailmix. These really helped me out when I first started learning the platform.
