Hello,

I am looking for a short-term opportunity with a nonprofit organisation in London/UK for around 4–6 weeks. My idea is to contribute my Salesforce, technical and business experience in exchange for the opportunity to spend time with the organisation on-site, work with people and improve my English communication in a real environment.

I am a Salesforce Business Architect from Poland. Earlier in my career, I worked as a Business Analyst and Salesforce Developer, so I can support organisations both from the business/process perspective and the technical side. I also have experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud implementations. So far, I have supported four nonprofit organisations pro bono, including a large recent implementation for the Ronald McDonald House Charities Foundation in Poland.

What I can offer:

  • Salesforce and CRM advisory,
  • business process analysis,
  • automation and digital transformation support,
  • support with nonprofit operations and technology strategy,
  • workshops or mentoring for staff,
  • practical recommendations on how to improve existing processes and tools.

At the same time, I would like to be very transparent about my personal goal. I am not looking only for a remote Salesforce implementation project. My main motivation is to improve my spoken English and become more confident in day-to-day professional communication. That is why I am especially interested in an organisation where I could spend time on-site, talk with people, join meetings, understand their work, support the team and communicate in English every day.

In return, I would be happy to share my technical, Salesforce, business architecture and nonprofit experience to bring real value to the organisation.

Ideally, I am looking for a nonprofit that would be open to hosting me for 4–6 weeks in London or UK, in a role combining people interaction, practical support and knowledge sharing.

Thank you very much for your help. I would be grateful for any introductions, suggestions or advice on organisations that could be a good fit.

Kind regards,

Łukasz

NGO Seeking Volunteer Salesforce Admin for NPSP

My current client, Summits Education, is a small but mighty NGO bringing quality education to children in Haiti. They are based in the US and their Development Director is currently moving the organization from an off-the-shelf product to Salesforce's NPSP.  Their budget is limited and thus they're looking for a volunteer to help them implement standard NPSP functionality for their two main revenue pipelines -- Grants and Major Donors.  This would include some custom field creation, sales path and GAU set up, Lightning interfaces, reports and dashboards as well as data migration and clean up. If budget allows, further build out may be possible under my mentorship.  The position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hrs/month for 6 months. At least 25% of those hours will need to overlap with PST & EST time zones.

If you're interested, please email wendie@summits.edu with your Salesforce experience (both hands on and studying), what your goals are for this volunteer opportunity, and your availability.

The American Board of Ophthalmology (ABO) is hiring an experienced IT Operations Manager/Salesforce Administrator to help shape our next chapter of digital transformation. The role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of systems strategy, operational excellence, and user experience and who sees Salesforce as a catalyst for smarter workflows, stronger data, and better organizational decision-making. This full-time, remote position will partner across teams to optimize processes, improve integrations, support automation, and help build a more connected, future-ready organization. Do you know someone who could be a good fit? Recommend them to ABO Chief Operating Officer Beth Ann Comber at bacomber@abop.org.
