Hi Nonprofit Community! Weekly Roundup - Friday, June 26

Hi crew! Back from an amazing time in London at our Community Sprint + World Tour - so great to see so many of our London community last week! Now, let's get back into the swing of things :)

Let's take a look at what's going on in the Nonprofit Salesforce world this week! Chime in on the comments if there are other hot-topics you'd like to share too :)

🔥 Hot topic: SECURITY - heads up, changes are coming SOON!

Hey team, this one is worth pausing on! There's been a really active thread going on the Trailblazer Community (New "Step Up Authentication" for Reports?) started by @Heath Parks all about the latest security and MFA updates - folks have been chiming in with new info as it unfolds. The key thing to know: Salesforce security changes drop on July 1, so now is the time to make sure your org is ready!

Not sure where to start? We've got you:

Don't wait on this one - July 1 is right around the corner! Take a look at the community thread if you want to follow the conversation or share what you're seeing in your own org.

Hi Experts,

I am trying to create a Gift Transaction and allocate my gift to 12 Gift Designation records using the New Gift Entry button. However, when I try to enter the gift, the form only allows me to add 3 rows.

Please find the attached screenshot for reference.

Unable to Add More Than 3 Gift Designations in Single Gift Entry

I am not sure if this is a limitation in the Single Gift Entry Form

I was also unable to find any information about this in the help articles.

Can anyone please help me get better clarity on this?

This will be fixed for the Gift Entry Grid (not the flow version) in Spring ‘26 .

Hi Trailblazers! Thanks for your patience! Here is the Summer '26 Release Feature Matrix

For anyone new to this release matrix, this is a tool some of our customers have used for several years to conduct an initial review, decide how to incorporate new features into their roadmap and assign features to team members for further review and discussion. You can sort/filter by Product, Cloud, etc. but more importantly you can filter by availability to users, admins/developers and those handful of features (especially pilot programs) that require you to contact Salesforce to activate.

A few caveats to be aware of:

  • Please understand this document may contain errors and/or omissions. Always rely on the official Release Notes as your final reference. This matrix is based on the Preview Release Notes as of May 8, 2026.
  • Keep an eye on the Release Notes changelog for updates. As always, please base any purchasing decisions on currently available functionality.

Thank you to @Nandita Shah for creating this for every release. 🎇

Hi Experts,

I want to know if the scenarios mentioned below are possible:

1. Is it possible to link a new campaign created in Classy to an existing campaign in Salesforce instead of creating a new campaign in Salesforce?

2. When I create a new campaign in Classy and then take the Classy campaign ID or URL from Classy and update this link in the existing campaign in Salesforce, will the new campaign created in Classy be linked to the existing campaign?

Please guide me on this
