Hi Team,

I would like to submit an idea request regarding the Outlook Integration for Salesforce.

Currently, when creating an Event in Salesforce and selecting the All Day Event

option, the system automatically pre-fills the Start Date and End Date fields, providing a seamless user experience. However, this behavior is not available in the Outlook plug-in.

On behalf some of the users who has noticed this, we would like to request an enhancement to automatically prefill the Start Date and End Date (or corresponding all-day event timing fields) when a user selects All Day Event

within the Outlook plug-in.

This improvement would provide several benefits:

  • Ensure a consistent user experience between Salesforce and the Outlook plug-in.
  • Reduce manual data entry and save time for users creating all-day events.
  • Minimize the risk of incorrect or incomplete event dates being entered.
  • Align event creation behavior across Salesforce platforms and integrations.

We would appreciate any information regarding the feasibility of this enhancement and whether it could be considered for inclusion in a future release.

Thank You

We have a vendor that consolidates various Purchase Orders into one bill. It would be nice if SalesForce/Accounting Seed comes up with a way to receive multiple POs in one invoice. Now we have to enter the same invoice four times because we have four different POs associated with it.

Idea/Suggestion

Activity-Level Timing & Count Visibility in Automations

It would be highly beneficial to have detailed timing and record count visibility for each activity within an automation.

Proposed Feature:

For every activity in an automation:

Display Start Time

Display End Time

Show Number of records processed

Suggested UI Behavior:

When hovering over an activity, a tooltip or popup should display:

Start time of the activity

End time of the activity

Total records processed by that activity

Example Scenario:

If an automation contains 3 activities, each activity should independently show:

Its execution time (start → end)

Count of records processed

Benefits:

Easier performance monitoring

Faster issue identification and debugging

Better transparency into data processing within automations

 Hi Team,

I have a requirement regarding CRMA Dashboards.

Added two Gauge Charts inside a Repeater widget, and each gauge is based on a different measure. I would like to apply conditional formatting independently to each Gauge Chart based on its respective measure. However, I noticed that this option is currently not available in Salesforce CRMA.

Could you please consider enabling support for conditional formatting on individual Gauge Charts within Repeater widgets in an upcoming release? This enhancement would provide greater flexibility when displaying multiple KPIs with different performance thresholds in the same dashboard.

Thank you for your consideration. I would appreciate any information regarding the feasibility or roadmap for this feature.

Thank you,

Praveen Annareddy.

Is there a way to adjust the ranges on the leadership dashboard interface for the "Attainment Tracking by Rep" tile? The ranges are not what I want to display, I would like to change Below Quota to <80% rather than<95% and On Track for Quota to be 80-100% instead of 95-100%.

While Reusable Content Blocks (RCBs) now exist in the platform, they feature extremely limited design control, rendering them operationally ineffective. Without content blocks that offer robust control over styling, teams are repeatedly forced to custom-code emails via HTML. We need flexible, scalable RCBs with fully accessible UI styling options.

Hi — we have done this and after extensive work and review determined that the limitations to code customization do not meet our needs. The blocks are not optimized for mobile or compliant with our accessibility requirements.

Currently, managing multi-market nurtures requires building individual emails for each region, which turning a simple 5-email nurture sequence into an operationally taxing 20+ email endeavor. We need the ability to leverage the Dynamic Variation feature based on program regions directly in the UI builder view.

Additionally, using a dynamic email currently restricts setting the send time to local time zone. Incorporating features like Wait Until Date or staggering sends over a 24-hour window using Einstein Send Time Optimization (STO)

(utilizing historical engagement data) is essential to maximize localized engagement.

Any ideas?
