If so, is there a way to get to it besides it showing up automatically in the lower right?  I found blogs that indicate it becomes an option from the cogwheel in upper right but I don't see it there.  I'm testing in a developer sandbox.

Is anyone using the Error Console feature that was part of the Spring '26 release?

This is not supported in the standard Community/Experience Cloud navigation menu

. You would need a custom component or redesign the navigation using one of the alternatives above.

Hi all! Re Phishing-Resistant MFA for Privileged Users (including Admins)

I am an Admin and registered passkey (PIN) on my work laptop. On my mobile when i try to log in I got this message:no passkey available-attched. I still can use Auth app  to get in, but thought that should not happen anymore. in the article it states Build in Auth needs to be registered only on one device. I go into a circle on my mobile phone if I want to register a passkey agin.  My work colleague who is a priviliged user can't access salesforce on his another laptop. He registered windows hello on his work laptop. Is this a bug? Or are we doing something wrong?

There is a bug affecting Phishing Resitant MFA right now, I've been working with SF support and its been a nightmare. In order to use the same auth on multiple devices you need something like a Yubi Key, except there is this known issue that will lock you out, https://help.salesforce.com/s/issue?id=a02g7000005pmkTAAQ. Their solution was to remove the Yubi Key and go back to the authenticator app. But then a day later, the enforcement kicked in again and I was forced to register a passkey this time (it was the only available option when prompted), it is device specific. I asked support again, what to do and they told me to re-register the Yubi Key and hope for the best, because the bug still hasn't been fixed.

Hello all,

This is regarding the authorized email domain salesforce

release update

. Is the enforcement on all outgoing emails from Salesforce using an authorized email domains in the sender ('From') address only? Or the enforcement is also for the recipient email address?

We are noticing, emails sent to certain domains like

icloud.com or mail.com

in recipients failing with the error, 'We can’t send your email because your email address domain isn’t verified'.  For this email automation, the from address is an authorized email address.

Thank you,

Pratibha

With the update to Send Email action is there any chance we will see the ability to compose and email in a screen flow with the lighting email template before the email is sent? We have a process where we need to customize the content in the email that we present through a Screen Flow

If you're still looking for a solution to this, take a look at this package - it might give you more flexibility and cover your business process: https://appexchange.salesforce.com/appxListingDetail?listingId=a0NKX000001VLUH2A4

It lets you compose and send emails directly inside a Salesforce Flow. It provides:

    - A rich-text email editor with formatting tools

    - Recipient search across Contacts, Leads, and Users

    - Sender selection (your own address, an Org-Wide address, or an Email-to-Case address)

    - File attachments and inline image paste, Screenshot uploading, etc

    - Email template support

    - Automatic Email-to-Case thread linking so customer replies land on the correct Case

    - A full send history log for every email sent

Question on Dark Mode, is this optional or will it eventually be forced? Works great for some users but I literally can't see anything in dark mode. I have to have light mode to see.
