I am currently in the final stages of completing the Agentblazer Championship 2026 and am encountering an issue in the Trailhead module: "Use Employee Agents to Get Work Done" → "Help a Guest Out of a Soggy Situation."

When I launch the Agentforce Employee panel within the Coral Cloud environment, the agent fails to respond and displays the following error message:

Error: "Something went wrong. Refresh the conversation and try again."

Despite refreshing the session and retrying multiple times, the issue persists and prevents further progress in the module.    Troubleshooting Done:

  • Refreshed the session multiple times
  • Verified user permissions (Admin + Agentforce Default Admin)
  • Deactivated and reactivated agents in the sandbox
  • Followed the troubleshooting steps in this article for permission sets - Agentforce Employee Agent window displays "Something went wrong. Refresh conversation and try again" in Lightning Experience

 Unable to proceed with or complete the Trailhead module, blocking completion of the Agentblazer Championship.    Please help diagnose the issue and advise on a resolution or workaround so I can proceed with the module.

    I finally found out what happened to me and what worked for me. 

    I was reusing the playground and the free

    Developer Edition org for Agentforce Builder

    from a previous training module. It worked for this training module's first unit "Welcome to Coral Cloud Resorts" and was able to make it complete. But when you get to the next unit "Help a Guest Out of a Soggy Situation", you will actually be missing the necessary agent. 

    The solution is, follow the exact instruction from the unit "Welcome to Coral Cloud Resorts", create a new playground and register a new 

    Coral Cloud Resorts Developer Edition org account which is specifically for this module. It will have the necessary agent. Do NOT reuse your previous playground. It worked for me and should work for you.
