I have a Google Sheet with the name, address and picture url of all employee of my company.

The column Picture is in image URL format. I'm using Tableau Desktop 2023.1 (Public Edition).
I real all I could about it online and couln't find a solution.
The only place I preview it correctly is on my profile (thumbnail of my projects), therefore I suppose it is not a problem with the link neither the connection to Drive.

Exactly, @Desiree Abbott I used that trick to change url, too (/uc?id=....) and I do not have '&' symbol in it but it still doesn't work.
